Nice & Green has contributed to the success of Affluent Medical’s capital increase, which raised over EUR 13,7 million
Nice & Green, the Swiss investment firm, has contributed to the successful capital increase of Affluent Medical, a French MedTech company that is developing innovative solutions for the treatment of heart and vascular diseases. This transaction extends Affluent Medical’s cash flow through November 2023.
This operation is intended to (i) Commencement and potential completion of patient recruitment for the Minerva study to evaluate Epygon, (ii) Finalization of patient recruitment for the Optimise II clinical study, and preparation for industrialization of the Kalios medical device, (iii) Initiation of the Dry study to evaluate Artus and (iv) Continuation of efforts to repay the financial debt of the Group.
